il software TV Tuner gestisce la scheda TV e
simula a tutti gli effetti una televisione classica.
si cambiano canali, si consulta il televideo,
si può emulare un videoregistratore e registrare
le trasmissioni sia programmate che manualemente.
ci sono 3 tipi di schede tv: satellitare, ddt e analagico
