si, mi sono informato poco tempo fa ad un convegno
su recupero crediti su commercio
internazionale e mi hanno confermato che la mail
ha la stessa efficacia legale del fax.
(questo a dire di due legali... ora non saprei)

p.s.: credo comunque che la mail debba contenere
